April 9, 2005 LOCKPORT - The Lewis University women's golf team opened its spring season by placing eighth at the University of St. Francis Invitational Saturday. Michelle Dudek led the Flyers, tying for 15th among 55 golfers with an 89. Also competing for Lewis were Vanessa Nomura, tied for 38th (100); Nicole Mason, tied for 45th (106); Amanda Lagerhausen, 49th (114); and Jenny Byers, tied for 52nd (125). The Flyers posted a 409 team score at the par-72, 5827-yard Broken Arrow Country Club course. |
