2005-06: Academic All-GLVC, Delahanty Award recipient and a fall Deans' List student ... competed at the GLVC Championship, Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational, Border War Invitational and North Central's Chuck Carroll Invitational.

2004-05: Competed in four meets ... finished 25th at the Northern Kentucky Classic, 71st at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship, 122nd at the Stegemoller Classic and 178th at the Border War Invitational.

High School/Other: Earned three varsity letters in cross country ... all-conference, all-area and team's Most Valuable Runner and captain as a senior, helping lead Batavia to its best-ever sectional finish (ninth place) ... as a junior, was all-conference, all-area, Batavia Republican Runner of the Year and team's Most Valuable Runner ... team qualified for the sectional for the first time in seven years ... lettered three years in track and field ... all-conference and team captain as a senior, when he recorded the sixth-best two-mile time in school history ... team won the conference championship his sophomore season.
